Pilates: A method of exercise to improve core body strength. These exercises strengthen both abdominal and back muscles and improve flexibility. They also improve circulation and reduce tension and stress.
Fusion Pilates: It introduces mindfulness, attention to form, exercise execution and breathing techniques into everyday workouts. This class is a blend of mind, body discipline such has yoga and other kind of physical and spiritual techniques.
Corelates: A method of exercise to improve your core body strength. It is a great class to work only on your abdominal and back muscles and also on your flexibility.
Yogalates: Using the time honored wisdom of yoga, this practice is a dynamic combination of strength, flexibility and spirituality. This accessible challenging and flowing form of yoga will sculpt and tone the muscles of your body, mind and spirit.
Stretching: This class aims to increase the flexibility of the major muscle groups through several stretching movments and relaxation techniques.
With these classes, you will enhance your well being, health and flexibility. It is a really nice way to exercise without feeling exhausted. To the contrary, after an hour class, all your muscles will have been put to work and you will feel energized for the rest of the day.
Careful movement and concentration make this method a mind-body approach to exercise. This method improves your core strength with a variety of exercises. All the classes are built to give you core strength, energy and flexibility. These principles are very essential to your workout, without them you will never complete attention to the movement process and will not be able to observe results has deeply or quickly. If you wish to give your body a fusion of strength, balance, grace and fluidity come and try one of the classes.!
Karine transplanted to the Dominican Republic from Montreal, Canada in 2004. After teaching in Montreal for 6 years, she decided to go and live her dream in the Caribbean. After 5 years of teaching Pilates and yoga, bringing her yoga mats on her back, going from place to place, she decides to open her own fitness studio on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, in the surf town called Cabarete.
Karine is a certified instructor for more then 10 years. She was teaching mainly in Montreal . Since 2000, Karine has been traveling in different countries and work in a variety of studios and gyms.
